CEL City Walk: Hongkou Riverside

Sunday, December 3 | 9 AM-12 PM | RSVP (Open to all community members!)

If you cross the Waibaidu bridge from the Bund, you will arrive in Hongkou. An area characterized by once the grandest hotel in the Far East, Astor House, and American and Japanese influence, including the St. Luke’s Hospital and the former Japanese Embassy. Explore the area led by Urban Archeology, experts and inventors of the city walk concept in Shanghai. Join a Q&A and discussion after the walk.

Global Awards: Amgen Scholars

Learn more about Amgen Scholars, an undergraduate summer research program in Science and Biotechnology. Read Valeria Zhou's and James Chen's Amgen journeys! No previous research experience is necessary and you do not necessarily need to be a Life Sciences major. The application deadline is February 1.

Drop in for support on your final project! ARC Fellows will give feedback on writing and organization, and a librarian will help with citation questions. You can bring the drafts of your individual writing, formatted projects, and/or citation sheets. Come as a group or send a representative for the consultations. Any part of the final project is welcome!

The Choral Department invites you to the Fall Choral Showcase. The brand new faculty/staff (Fasta Choir) will be performing a cappella favorites from Pitch Perfect to Pentatonix and even some holiday classics along with both campus a cappella groups, NYU Shanghai a cappella and Octave Fusion. The Fasta Choir is sure to delight both Chinese and Western audiences.

End-of-Semester Dance Concert
